Munay-Ki Rites open our hearts and help us discover and choose beauty in our lives.

In the hectic world, we find stillness, silence between the waves, and we find kindness, compassion, and a sense of service to ourselves, to others, and to this beautiful world we live in.

Munay-Ki Journey of Finding Beauty is a 14-week program dreamed into being to explore and perceive the Munay-Ki Rites for your personal healing through finding BEAUTY in our lives and to share this beautiful wisdom with others to assist in their healing and the healing of our world and beyond. It is also an opportunity to be together, share and learn from each other and hold the energy of Munay and ayni, the right relationship with all inside of us and around us! 
 
We will awaken our inner healer, upgrade our energy fields to open ourselves to new possibilities, and connect to the wisdom and support of the Munay-Ki lineages through teachings, attunement, transmission, and integration of the ten Munay-Ki Rites, and practice time during live calls and weekly practices. Our journey will be supported by prerecorded material and notes and live class recordings and notes posted on this website.

Live sessions will be held over Zoom every Friday, from 11:30am - 2pm ET or 17:30-20:00 CET. Free Community Fire Ceremonies are part of this training. They are held monthly on Saturdays at 1pm ET or 19 CET. Fire ceremony topics are aligned with our journey of Finding Beauty!

We will also practice different tools for supporting our inner healer:

• Creating sacred and safe space through clearing the energy field, and through connecting to the visible and invisible forces that support us.

• Feeling and balancing our energy field individually and each other.​

• Resetting flight/fight/freeze response through breathing and energy balancing exercises.

• Discovering parts of ourselves that let us know need healing by developing self-communication, compassion, and kindness to all the aspects of ourselves.

• Exploring the invisible helpers who guide and help us on this journey
