Energywork includes practices that develop our perception of energy and practices that restore natural flow of energy to support our physical, mental, emotional, soul, energetic, and spiritual wellbeing.

What is energy?
In classical mechanics and thermodynamics, energy is defined as the capacity to do work, create change. In quantum physics, energy is a measurable property of a physical system rather than a physical substance.
In our work, energy is consciousness with which we cocreate.
 
Energy, Consciousness, and Life
At the foundation of what we call life, Barbara Ann Brennan (https://barbarabrennan.com/ ) describes a black velvet void, the source of all manifestation.
She writes: “This undifferentiated life exists within and all around us. It is the level of consciousness that has no thoughts and no self. But, there is a catch! No thoughts and no self do not exclude the experience of aliveness and awareness.
Black velvet void is the source within us and within every cell of our bodies out of which we build our Human Energy Consciousness System (HECS). HECS consists of the core star, the hara, the human energy field, and the physical body.
Moving out from this central area of no-thing-ness is the creation of light.
 
The core star or core essence is the first manifestation out of the void and into individuality. It appears as a bright point of light that radiated from us in all directions. Black velvet void is in its center and at its outer perimeter, stretching infinitely. There is no disconnection from the void of the core essence to all else within your life. You can find this deep, black, velvet void within the center of every cell, within every cell’s nucleus, within the DNA, always surrounded by the supernova explosion of the core essence.
 
The next dimension in which we exist is the hara. The core star dimension is the foundation of the hara. The hara dimension is experienced as intention or purpose, intention to incarnate with a purpose, and our moment-to-moment intentionality.
 
The hara dimension is the foundation of the human energy field (HEF). Human energy field consists of many levels, or frequency ranges of energy. Within the HEF are energy centers or chakras. Each chakra exists on each level of the field and is composed of the same type of energy consciousness of that level.
 
The human energy field is a foundation for the physical body. Physical body is the last dimension of the human energy consciousness system and cannot exist without all the other dimensions. This is true for all life forms in the physical world.”
 
What is the energywork that we do?
In our cocreation with energy consciousness, we start by developing our perception and communication with energy and then develop practices that clear and balance our human energy consciousness system on all levels. And then we share it with others!
 
About Our Energywork Training
Our energywork training starts at the physical level of the energy field.
We learn how to perceive energy at this level and then learn practices for clearing and balancing energy at this level.
We do the same for all other levels of perception, mental, emotional, Soul, and Spirit.
