Soul work refers to our acknowledgement that we are luminous beings on a journey of our Soul, through many lifetimes, each filled with leassons, and experiences that impact our Soul.
As we experience lessons, loss, and trauma, parts of our Soul remain wounded and locked in Soul contracts that keep feeding us old, often harmful information, about ourselves, and the world.

Through engaging in Soul work, we are able to meet our Soul Parts, learn they stories, and help them release those old contracts. We are able to remove old, painful energies associated with the experiences that our Soul Parts
