Soulwork refers to our acknowledgement that we are luminous beings on a journey of our Soul, through many lifetimes, each filled with lessons, and experiences that impact our Soul today. Our Soul today is a “family” of all the parts of our Soul that have lived through our previous lifetimes. Each part of our Soul “lives” in its own story that was created by the experiences from the previous life that that part of our Soul has lived. 

When we experience traumatic events, parts of our Soul are left wounded and locked in the decisions / Soul contracts that saved our lives in that moment. These contracts are about our survival, not our growth and wellbeing. In this lifetime, these contracts feed us old, often harmful information about ourselves and the world. This information becomes our core beliefs about ourselves and the world.

Our core beliefs influence our thoughts, our feelings, and our actions. When our core beliefs are activated in different situations, our wounded Soul parts react guided by these old contracts. Activation brings them back to the experiences they lived and the way they survived, and we act based on thoughts and feelings related to the past, not related to where we are as people at this moment.

Through Soulwork, we:

• Start experiencing safety by becoming familiar with the landscape of our subconscious.

• Create the Halls of Healing on a mind level, a healing and gathering place for all our Soul Parts.

• Meet and get to know the parts of ourselves that are hidden in our subconscious mind, and help them feel seen and heard.

• Conscientiously collaborate with our "healthy" Soul Parts to cocreate a safe space in the Halls of Healing for all our Soul Parts to have a safe space to heal, get to know each other, and support each other.

• Meet our "wounded" Soul Parts, hear their stories, discover the contracts they made in traumatic situations, and help them release these old contracts and write new, more favorable ones.

• Remove old, painful energies associated with experiences that our parts of the Soul still experience, each time they are activated. By removing these energies, our bodies stop reacting to the energies of traumatic events that often occurred many, many lifetimes ago.

Through this work, we get to know all parts of ourselves and reprogram our thoughts, feelings, and actions to align with our highest longing, our highest destiny.
